We ordered most of our kitchen and bath fixtures from EK&B several years ago. Very satisfied with the quality of high end products they sell and the service we received. Recently we had a couple of service issues that we needed help with. Although I'm sure there are other superstars that work there, Fred's customer service was just outstanding. When you get help that you need and it surpasses your expectations, it really locks you in as a customer. In a world of subpar service, thank you guys for being Rock Stars in your industry!

I have worked with Fred McCurdy for years (even before he worked for EKBW) and he provides the best client service bar none. He is so knowledgable about plumbing and the myriad of products he carries and will do whatever it takes to get it right even when it isn't a product issue. I send all my clients and friends to Fred because I know he will take great care of them. I would give him a ten star rating if it was available.
