Founded in 1993 in Schiltach, Germany, AXOR is the design-led brand of the Hansgrohe Group — a company with more than a century of expertise in the sanitation industry. The brand's premise from day one was simple and uncompromising: faucets and showers of unmatched quality in design, technology, and production. Three decades later, AXOR has become the bathroom specification of choice for projects where ordinary luxury isn't enough — Bvlgari Resorts, Four Seasons, Il Sereno on Lake Como, the Bvlgari Hotel in Milan.

Designed by the Names That Define Modern Design. AXOR doesn't have an internal styling team imitating the look of the moment. It collaborates with the people who actually create that look. Philippe Starck has been part of the brand since its first designer collection in 1994. Antonio Citterio, Jean-Marie Massaud, Patricia Urquiola, Barber Osgerby, and the late Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec have all developed signature ranges. Each collection carries a real designer's sensibility — and the catalog reads as a living archive of contemporary industrial design.

Recent Releases. AXOR ShowerSphere by Antonio Citterio (2025) introduces an elliptical, monolithic overhead shower with FlexPower elastic-nozzle technology — reducing water consumption from 12 L/min to as little as 6 L/min while delivering generous, luxurious Rain and PowderRain spray modes. AXOR Citterio C brings a slender, sensuous washbasin range with a signature chamfered detail and CoolStart energy-saving technology. AXOR One from Barber Osgerby continues to expand with new bath rim mixers and showerpipe variants. The recent AXOR ShowerSelect ID thermostatic mixer extends just 45mm from the wall — a feat of concealed engineering.
