THG - Paris

French Atelier of Bathroom Couture, Since 1956

There is a particular kind of luxury that doesn't translate well to the marketing word. It's the kind that France has spent four hundred years quietly perfecting — in haute couture, in haute joaillerie, in haute gastronomie — where the work is so dense with craft that it earns its own category. THG Paris is what that tradition looks like when it's applied to a bathroom faucet. And it's why we've made it part of the bath collection at European Kitchen & BathWorks for clients who want fixtures that read more like jewelry than plumbing.

Founded in 1956 in Béthencourt-sur-Mer, on the Normandy coast, by three men — André Tétard, Julien Haudiquez, and Alexandre Grisoni — THG began as a regional brass workshop. In the 1970s, a partnership with designer Jean-Claude Delépine pivoted the company into the high-end market and set the trajectory it has followed ever since. Today, more than 80% of production is exported, and North America is its largest market.

Recognized as a Living Heritage Enterprise. In 2012, the French Ministry of Industry awarded THG the prestigious EPV (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant) label — Living Heritage Enterprise — given to French companies whose craft skills are considered a national cultural asset. Every THG faucet is still manufactured in the original Béthencourt-sur-Mer atelier, where a single piece begins as a brass ingot and travels through casting, machining, polishing, plating, and assembly entirely under one roof. With over 20,000 catalog items, most pieces are made to order.

The Collaborations Are the Catalog. THG works with the legendary names of French luxury — Lalique crystal, Baccarat crystal, Christofle silver, Daum glass, Bernardaud porcelain, Manufacture de Monaco china. The Hirondelles collection (Lalique) renders crystal swallows in clear or amber glass. Mille Nuits and the new 2025 Baccarat range bring faceted crystal handles to the bath. ICON X is the result of a remarkable collaboration with Studio F.A. Porsche — a monolithic, titanium-handled collection inspired by the Porsche 911. Designer collaborations span Jamie Drake, Pierre-Yves Rochon, Studio Putman, Alberto Pinto, Timothy Corrigan, Rémi Tessier, and Martin Kemp.

The Clientele Tells the Story. THG fixtures are installed in Hôtel de Crillon (Paris), the Burj Al Arab (Dubai), the Bellagio (Las Vegas), and the personal yachts of Paul Allen and Roman Abramovich — and reportedly, the Kremlin. The new Yoko premium range and a 2025 Baccarat collection unveiled at Salone del Mobile have expanded the catalog further.

With 40+ finishes, including durable PVD options that resist tarnishing, THG specifies into virtually any palette.
